Gen Con 2019
If you are want to be in board game industry - Gen Con is "a must go" event. So that's what Brain Games team did. From August 1st to 4th, we exhibited and showed off our games at the Gen Con for the fourth time.
This year Gen Con brought together 70,000 unique attendees, a record-breaking 538 exhibiting companies, and an all-time-high 19,600 ticketed events. It was truly amazing to be part of this event that brings together true board game fans, families, friends and people who are just a bit curious - what is happening in this board game world?
As each year we introduced Gen Con visitors with our new games - TEAM3, Snowman Dice, Farm Rescue and Pigasus. What a delight feeling it was when all games where SOLD OUT before the show ended. As well it's always interesting how audience differs in US and in Europe. This time bigger interest was about Snowman Dice and Pigasus - light and quick games. Of course TEAM3 and Farm Rescue was also close by! As a matter of fact TEAM3 was not only played in our booth, but also outside the show in the evening gatherings. This year we also brought along with us our newest project - IRON FOREST. Wow..people went crazy! 2 floors and launcher really grabs attention, so that's a good learning point for us. We will keep working on this project and hope to launch it in 2020 on Kickstarter.
Gen Con was a blast for us, so we're already excited to start working on next games and projects for next year!
