Summer for Brain Games team always starts with exciting events - from May 31st to June 2nd we were visiting biggest convention in United Kingdom, Birmingham – UK Games Expo 2019 (UKGE). Each year this show grows bigger and bigger and we're very excited to be apart of it!
This year attendance grew up to 25 thousand visitors! More than 430 exhibitors (121 companies from outside of the UK) gathered at the Birmingham NEC to showcase hundreds of thousands of games.
Besides our usual assortment, this year we introduced visitors with 4 new games - TEAM3, Snowman Dice, Pigasus, and Farm Rescue.
Not only TEAM3 has already been included in Forbes “30 Amazing Board Games Not To Miss In 2019” with the comment: "Loads of fun, and a very clever challenge.", but also it got SOLD OUT completely on second day of the show! We immediately understood...TEAM3 will be the must-have party game of 2019!
Big attention grabber was also Pigasus with its unique artwork and squeaky pig.
As predicted Farm Rescue was a hit for kids and families not only in our booth, but also in the family zone. One of the highlights of the show for us was Farm Rescue game designer Harris Tsagas, who dressed up as farmer!
Snowman Dice brought quick and light fun for and lots of compliments towards packaging!
Of course we can't forget one of the biggest projects this year - IRON FOREST! Using the box in a box system and unique flicking pieces the Iron Forest is the next level (quite literally) in the flicking game evolution.
This will be or first Kickstarter project, so lots of work and exploring ahead and hopefully we're ready to kick it off late fall.
We can’t wait what summer brings us next!
