Summer has started great for Brain Games team! From June 1st until 3rd we were visiting biggest convention in United Kingdom, Birmingham – UK Games Expo 2018.

Two years has passed since our flicking game ICECOOL was launched at UK Games Expo 2016. Since then game's success and award collection has only grown – “Best Children's Game 2016” at UK Games Expo Awards 2016, Seal of Excellence from The Dice Tower, Major Fun Award and many others, reaching also the most prestigious award - Kinderspiel des Jahres 2017 (Best children's game of the year 2017). Now ICECOOL is expanding its universe and welcoming two more games with playful penguin theme – ICECOOL2 and Pyramid of Pengqueen.

But that wasn’t it from us, we presented 3 new games for UK market - Pikoko, Orc-lympics and Doodle Rush. And of course, this year we also didn’t go home empty handed. Our unique trick taking game Pikoko (designed by Adam Porter) received award as “Best new card game of the year” at UK Games Expo Awards 2018.

We can’t wait what summer brings us next!

Vasara ir sākusies lieliski! No 1. līdz 3. jūnijam mēs apmeklējām lielāku galda spēļu izstādi Apvienotajā Karalistē, Birmingemā – UK Games expo 2018.

Ir pagājuši 2 gadi kopš UK Games Expo 2016, kurā pirmo reizi tika prezentēta mūsu populārā spēle ICECOOL. Kopš tās reizes spēles veiksme un balvu apjoms ir tikai audzis (it sevišķi bērnu un ģimenes kategorijā) – “Best Children's Game 2016” no UK Games Expo 2016 balvu nominācijām, “Seal of Excellence” no The Dice Tower, Major Fun Award un daudza citas, kā arī viena no preztižākajām balvām - Kinderspiel des Jahres 2017 (Labākā galda spēle bērniem 2017). Tagad ICECOOL paplašina savu pasauli un iepazīstina ar 2 jaunām spēlēm – ICECOOL2 un Pyramid of Pengqueen.

Tomēr tas nav viss! Mēs prezentējām vēl 3 papildus spēles – Pikoko, Orc-lympics un Doodle Rush. Kā arī šogad mājās nedevāmies ar tukšām rokām. Mūsu neparastā stiķu spēle Pikoko (autors Adam Porter) saņēma balvu kā “Best new card game of the year” (“Gada labākā jaunā kāršu spēle”) no UK Games Expo 2018 balvu nominācijām.
